WWith exposures and views running the entire north and south side of the apartment along both of its two floors, this midcentury duplex is more house than apartment. The majority of the lower floor is open flowing space, with different areas demarcated by the columns and beams of the structure. Like the hub of a pinwheel, the glazed stair cube serves as a focal point around which the living spaces of the apartment are dispersed.
