With exposures and views running the entire north and south side of the apartment along both of its two floors, this mid century duplex is more like a house than an apartment. The majority of the lower floor is open flowing space, with different areas demarcated by the columns and beams of the structure. Like the hub of a pinwheel, the glazed stair cube serves focal point about which the living spaces of the apartment are dispersed.
