This small, brilliantly white house is Ike Kligerman Barkley’s first completed project in Alys Beach, a New Urbanist community on Florida’s Emerald Coast. Built around a shaded courtyard, the house features four bedrooms and airy living spaces with Gulf views. Another house and Beach Club are on the boards.
